Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy

At AYAANI DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED (“Ayaani”), we believe that great jewellery is a lifelong investment. Our Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy is designed to offer you complete peace of mind, long-term value protection, and the freedom to evolve your collection whenever you desire.

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our official website (ayaani.in) and Ayaani official stores.

Exchange/Replacement Policy

Exchange Value — Real Gold Product:

Note : Gold Vermeil Product does not contain any Exchange value.

Return Policy

If you prefer liquidity over an upgrade, our Return Policy allows you to sell your Ayaani Real gold jewellery back to us. For real gold, you receive 100% of the prevailing market value. For lab-grown diamonds, you receive 80% of the prevailing market value.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for our Lifetime Buyback or Exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The jewellery must be in its original condition.
  • Original Product Certificate (SGL or BIS Hallmark) must be provided.
  • Original or copy of Invoice is mandatory.
  • PAN Card submission is mandatory for all buyback and exchange requests.
  • In case any discount was applied at original purchase, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the buyback/exchange value.
  • All applicable taxes will be excluded from the buyback/refund amount.
  • Upon receiving the Ayaani products, record a complete unboxing video so that if there is any issue with the products like missing product / damaged product / wrong product etc., it will become easier for our team to review the exchange/return request and take further steps.
  • Please note that making charges, GST, and any discounts applied on your original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the value assessed at the time of buyback or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Buyback / Exchange

  • Customized, personalized, or engraved jewellery pieces.
  • Jewellery altered or repaired by anyone other than Ayaani.
  • Items purchased on clearance or under special promotional offers (unless otherwise stated).
  • Products without valid original certificates, invoice, or Warranty Card.

How to Request a Buyback / Exchange

  • Email our Customer Care at hello@ayaani.in with your request, attaching a photo of the product, original invoice, and product certificate.
  • Our team will review and confirm the request, then schedule a quality inspection.
  • Once your return request is approved, Ayaani will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep — you do not need to visit any courier office or self-ship the product. Our team will share 2 PDF documents via email/WhatsApp. Simply print both copies and hand them over to the delivery partner who arrives for pickup. Please ensure the product is placed in its original packaging, bubble-wrapped securely, and sealed before handover. Without completing this step, the pickup cannot be processed. and Ship the details to the mailing address mentioned and send us an email at hello@ayaani.in, with the courier tracking details. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.
  • The customer will have to pay a ₹350 shipping charge, whether it is for Buyback, exchange, repair, Return or any other reason
  • Once received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product. The decision of the QA team shall be final and binding.
  • Upon successful inspection, the exchange credit or buyback payment will be processed within 6-8 business days via RTGS/NEFT.

Discretion of Rights

Ayaani DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to exercise sole discretion in approving all exchange and buyback requests, and to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Please review this policy periodically.
