Return Policy
At AYAANI DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED
(“Ayaani”), your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a hassle-free 2-day return policy, giving you the option to return your item within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery, for any reason. The return shipping cost is to be borne by customer.
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our official website (ayaani.in) and Ayaani official stores.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To ensure a smooth return process, please note that your jewellery must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase, Product Certificate (SGL or BIS Hallmark) along with any accompanying paperwork included at the time of delivery.
- PAN Card submission is mandatory for all return & refund request.
- Any complimentary gifts(coin) or free products received with the purchase must be returned along with the main item in case of a return.
- In case Any coupon, discount, or promo code was applied at original purchase, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the return Process.
- Upon receiving the Ayaani products, record a complete unboxing video so that if there is any issue with the products like missing product / damaged product / wrong product etc., it will become easier for our team to review the exchange/return request and take further steps.
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product. Any product that has been washed. Any product not in its original condition.
- Customised, personalised, or special-order products specifically tailored to your preferences.
- Jewellery altered or repaired by anyone other than Ayaani.
- Items purchased on clearance or under special promotional offers (unless otherwise stated).
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging, tags and accessories, the original invoice and all relevant certificates or documents, certificate and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- If customer denies to accept the shipment, after the order has been shipped or is about to be delivered, then Ayaani is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.
How to Request a Return & Refund
- Email our Customer Care at hello@ayaani.in with your request, attaching a photo of the product, original invoice, and product certificate.
- Once your return request is approved, Ayaani will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep — you do not need to visit any courier office or self-ship the product
- Our team will share 2 PDF documents via email/WhatsApp. Simply print both copies and hand them over to the delivery partner who arrives for pickup. Please ensure the product is placed in its original packaging, bubble-wrapped securely, and sealed before handover. Without completing this step, the pickup cannot be processed.
- Bank Transfer for all type of order (Debit Card/Credit Card, UPI, Bank transfer)
- Once your return request is approved, Ayaani will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep — you do not need to visit any courier office or self-ship the product.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹350 will be applicable for repair, return, or any other service-related requests.
- Once received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product. The decision of the QA team shall be final and binding and update to customer.
- Upon successful inspection, the refund payment will be processed within 6-8 business days via RTGS/NEFT.
* Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, Ayaani shall not be responsible for such delay.
