Shipping Policy

AYAANI DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED provides free shipping for metro cities. Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote or non-metro locations. Delivery timelines are 12–15 days from the date of order, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping for made-to-order items, and 3–5 business days for stocked items, shipped fully insured via B.V.C Logistics. Complimentary gift packaging and personalized messages are available for gift orders.

Return Policy

AYAANI DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED offers a 7-day return (7-Day Return Policy is Not Applicable on Customised Orders. For all returns, submission and verification of the customer’s PAN card is mandatory. Returns will not be accepted or processed without PAN verification.) If the tag is cut or removed, the product will not be eligible for return under the 7-day return policy. The item must be returned in its original condition with the tag attached. cashback, and lifetime exchange policy with conditions, including requirements for original certificates, invoices, and quality checks. Order cancellations after production but before shipping incur a 20% restocking fee, and all returns/exchanges follow specified guidelines and charges.
Customised / Make-to-Order jewellery is not eligible for 7-day returns. Only Exchange or Buyback is applicable.
