Delivery timelines are 12–15 working days from the date of order, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping for made-to-order items, and 3–5 business days for stocked items, shipped fully insured via B.V.C Logistics. Complimentary gift packaging and personalized messages are available for gift orders.
Return Policy
AYAANI DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERY PRIVATE LIMITED offers a 2-day return (2-Day Return Policy is Not Applicable on Customised Orders. For all returns, submission and verification of the customer’s PAN card is mandatory. Returns will not be accepted or processed without PAN verification.), cashback, and lifetime exchange policy with conditions, including requirements for original certificates, invoices, and quality checks. Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed within 6 to 8 business days. Order cancellations after production but before shipping incur a 20% restocking fee, and all returns/exchanges follow specified guidelines and charges.
